Hi. I draw a lot. My blog is a mess, just like my life!
I think the worst mindset when it comes to fitness is denial. Like we all know that person thats like “if i lose 20 lbs I’ll be a size 4” and that is very clearly not the case. What good is lying to yourself and other people gonna do? Also those people who just refuse to realize they cant change their body type. If you carry a lot of your weight in your stomach, that is never going to change. You will always have that problem.
I dont know, im just lying awake and thinking.
And then theres setting appropriate goals. Going from over 200 to like, 115 is not realistic. Especially maintaining. Youre never gonna look like the model on the fitblrs. Not gonna happen.
